TSA Providing Technical & Skilled Support


TSA has focused primarily on the scheduled maintenance of gas & steam turbines with particular experience on GE Frame 6, MHI 701 in the GT’s and in the steam Turbines small GE & MHI units. TSA has also provided skilled labour and systems for the maintenance of onboard auxiliary equipment. We have also successfully performed the overhaul of generators to enable electrical maintenance to be conducted. TSA has the skills and systems to enable maintenance work on any turbine Australia wide working alongside OEM Technical advisors to achieve a quality overhaul and returning the unit to the asset owner in a reliable operating condition.


TSA uses Microsoft Project to develop a comprehensive Project Schedule covering the agreed work scope inclusive of interfaces with other contractors, milestones and timing of specialised equipment being brought in. The project is developed as part of the pre-outage planning sessions with the client to ensure all facets of the job are covered then updated daily. The Project Manager liaises daily with the client on progress, issues and forecast requirements to maintain the schedule.


An in house Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all equipment required for the project reaches site in compliant condition. His role also incorporates all lift studies, crane requirements and mobile equipment needed to achieve the movement and transportation of components to lay down or workshop areas. Through the pre-outage planning and site visits TSA will work with the client to ensure logistics of people, equipment, training and on site facilities are thought through and implemented prior to arrival.

Leaman Enterprises Pty Ltd was started in 1996 supplying outage supervisory assistance to asset owners of rotating equipment both on and off shore. Now trading as Turbine Services Australia (TSA) the business has developed into a successful turbine overhaul company specialising in gas and steam turbines.

TSA provides it’s a clients an economical solution to overhauls by supplying skilled experienced labour, general tooling and comprehensive work systems which are project managed inhouse.
